What are Embroidery Files?

Embroidery files are instructions that tell an embroidery machine how to stitch a specific design. These files come in various formats and include multiple files with different sizes for individual letters. Each digitized file is tested on standard materials with lots of underlay and close stitch spacing for optimal coverage. To group letters into one monogram, embroidery software may be needed.

What are included in folders?

Most ZIP folder contain embroidery files in multiple sizes for embroidery hoops 4x4, 5x7, 6x10 and 8x12 and the following file formats: PES, DST, EXP, VIP, XXX, JEF, VP3, HUS, BX. NOTE! in each listing description are marked exact sizes and file formats available.

For Windows users, simply right-click on the zip folder and select "Extract All" to extract the files. Remember to take note of the location where you save the files for easy access later on your PC. If you're using a Mac, you can double-click the zip folder, create a new folder, and move the zip into it. Then, use the Terminal app and the "unzip" command to extract the files.
