Experience the exquisite and aromatic flavor of Jasmine Phoenix Pearl tea, a rare and highly prized tea from China. This tea is made by hand-rolling young tea leaves into small pearls, which are then scented with jasmine. The result is a tea with a delicate, floral aroma and a refreshing taste.

Here are several tips for you to get the most from your tea:
- Need to make sure you have water ready at 70 °C to 80 °C (158 °F to 176 °F).
- Steep 2 - 3 gram of tea leaves for 1 - 5 minutes.
- After the first steep, the second can be a bit shorter as the leaves have already opened up. Apply 2 minutes for your second brew and increase the steeping time for next rounds.

ABOUT TEA FROM CAMELLIA SINENSIS
Products in this category are teas made from Camellia sinensis. Depending on the individual product and style of manufacture, the tea may be supplied as loose leaf, broken leaf, powdered tea or in a compressed form.

Loose-leaf teas may contain whole, rolled, twisted, broken or otherwise shaped leaves. Leaf size, shape, colour, aroma and the presence of tips may vary naturally according to origin, harvest, grade and method of manufacture. A small amount of finer leaf material or occasional broken pieces may occur during processing, handling, packing and transit.

Powdered teas, such as matcha, are finely milled rather than supplied as loose leaves. Colour, aroma, texture and fineness may vary naturally between harvests, origins and grades.

Compressed teas, including tuo cha and other pressed forms, are shaped by compression rather than supplied as loose tea. Individual pieces may vary slightly in shape, density, surface appearance and weight, and some loose or broken leaf material may occur during handling and transit.

The exact tea type, origin, grade, form and preparation guidance are provided in the individual listing where applicable. For flavoured teas and tea blends, the complete ingredient list is stated in the individual product description.
