To use any planners for a team or distribute in your business you can purchase a commercial license from me. Please send me a message for more information.

Will I receive a physical product?

No. All products in my shop are digital. You will receive a PDF file with a template link or a printable PDF file.

I haven’t received my planner, how can I get it?

When purchasing on Etsy, your downloads will be available under your account by the purchases section. For more details on how to find your planner, please refer to this article below https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013328108-Downloading-a-Digital-Item?segment=shopping

I paid, my purchase is pending and I cannot download my files.

As soon as payment has been approved, your files will be available for download.

Contact me! I am always willing to help and fix any problem you might have. Being in South Africa, I might respond at a funny hour but I will respond and I will work with you until the problem has been solved. I will respond within 24-48 hours to your messages

Can I share, sell, “repurpose” or redistribute these planners, workbooks and guides?

No you can not. These planners, workbooks and guides are copyrighted protected and the intellectual property of Cate T/A Cate Creates It. You cannot resell, redistribute, share or repurpose content from any products in this shop. They are strictly for personal use only.
