How do I print this artwork?

There are mainly 3 ways to print the digital files: 1. Print instantly from home 2. Take or email the files to your local printer or photo printing shop like Staples or Costco 3. Upload the files to an online printing service

Do you offer other file sizes that are not listed?

Yes. The simplest method is to buy the listed item and then send me a message with your desired size. I'll send you a custom file within 24 hours.

Where can I download my digital printable files?

In order to access your digital files, go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click on "Download Files". This goes to the Download page for all the files attached to your order.

What type of paper do you recommed for printing?

For printing, I suggest using poster paper with a matte or semi-gloss finish. Matte provides a more organic look while semi-gloss offers more vivid and saturated colors.

I purchased a set of 3 prints, but I only received a pdf file.

The download link can be found inside the pdf file. To access it, simply click on the "Download" button within the pdf file. This will redirect you to my Dropbox where you can download the files. This process is necessary because the files are too big to be downloaded directly from Etsy.

How do i download from Dropbox?

You don't need a Dropbox account to download your files. If you're asked to sign-in or sign-up, click "Continue to website". To save the full-sized, high-resolution files, click open the individual file you need then click on the "Download" button. Don't right click on the preview image you see since that will only save a low-resolution preview image.
