All of our items are made-to-order, so there is one business day process time for all orders, and all orders will ship between Monday to Friday (does not include weekends or public holidays).

The shipping time depends on the delivery method chosen, so please double-check the delivery estimates shown.

UK - We use Royal Mail 24 for all UK orders. Orders of 3 or more items will be upgraded to Royal Mail 24 Recorded Delivery at no added cost.

International - We use International Priority Standard Shipping for all countries, excluding Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Orders of 3 or more items will be upgraded to International Priority Tracked Shipping at no added cost.

Saudi Arabia & United Arab Emirates (Only) - We use International Priority Tracked Shipping as standard.

We will always cover your order with a fully tracked replacement or full refund if your original item does not arrive.

If a tracked replacement is shipped and the original arrives, there is no need to return either item.

The item will need to be returned within 30 days of purchase, not worn (although trying the garment on is fine) and not washed or dirty.

We are happy to exchange the item for a different size or colour or issue a refund.

Unfortunately, we can’t cover any additional postage to return the item to us, however, we are happy to cover the additional postage of sending a new item out to you if you choose to exchange the item.

We are happy to cover the item for up to 20 washes;

• Wash inside-out at 30ºC (low) on a gentle cotton wash
• Tumble-dry on low
• Iron inside out, not on the design area
• Do not dry clean

We use two types of printing methods;

• Direct-to-garment (Digital printing) for complex designs

• Vinyl (Heat transfer) for simple single colour text designs

Direct-to-garment is where the design is printed directly onto the garment to give it a natural and professional feel.

We only use water-based inks for environmental sustainability and responsibility.

Vinyl is where the print is transferred onto the garment with a heat-press for some simple designs, which give a bold and precise feel.

We are happy to accept wholesale orders, bulk orders and printing services for your work.

We cannot offer gift messaging, wrapping or packaging at this time, although we will never include a printed invoice in your parcel!
