To measure for a ball stretcher, you will need a string or seamstress measuring tape you can easily wrap around your testicles. You should measure at the point just between the base of the penis and top of your testicles. If needed, pull your testicles down so you can wrap the string or measuring tape around.

Once you have the tape is in place, pull it tightly enough so your testicles cannot slip through, but don’t make it too tight or else it won’t be comfortable and can cause damage. When the tape is wrapped around, mark the spot on the tape where it comes together. This is the circumference, not the diameter.
