Our production is located in Dharamshala, India not far from Dalai Lama's residence. It is a small family production. All items designed by us and finalized together with the tailor.

  Each product is made directly to your order! Having received a notification about a new order, we pass it on to our tailor. The production time from the moment the order is received until the moment it is sent to the customer is 5-7 working days. Further, the delivery time depends on your region and the selected type of delivery.
   Courier services are mainly used for delivery, but regular mail can also be used when sending to certain regions.

   As a small business, we do everything on our own and unfortunately cannot offer a blanket return policy, but we do accept returns in case we are at fault. This includes manufacturing defects, incorrect description, or incorrect item.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please message us within 14 days of receipt with your order details and a photo of the item. We will work with you on an individual basis to establish the nature of the damage or error and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include an exchange or refund.

    •Hand wash or gentle machine wash at medium temperature.
    •Preferably to use liquid detergents. The threads consist of porous fibers and with poorly dissolved powder can absorb detergent. This can damage the fiber's structure.
    •Rinse clothing thoroughly.
    •You need to iron in a slightly damp state from the wrong side. Use the linen mode.

With the proper care, clothes will last a very long time!
