Once approved, your order goes to press. My print partner is one of the only foil printers in the United States, and I am so proud of that fact. All Sugarplum supplies and manufactures are USA-based. 🌟

Then, your order ships! Shipping is generally 3-5 days.

For domestic orders, you’ll have your book within 2 weeks, and your stamp within one week. For overseas orders, allow 4 weeks.

I do offer rush orders. Rush orders are $50, and they include expedited shipping and printing.

If you received your proof confirmation message less than 6 days ago, your order is most likely still at press. I will send shipping confirmation and tracking as soon as it ships. You can check your order status by hitting the "Track Package" button next to the order on your Purchases page (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases). Select Track Package to see detailed information about your package’s status.

You may cancel your order with 12 hours of receiving your proof and before you have approved the design. Orders that have been approved cannot be refunded. Rush orders cannot be refunded.

For digital products, yes, you can change the font!

For printed products, I spend a lot of time choosing the best font pairings, as well as physically printing each of my designs to ensure that they will look their absolute best after they are printed. I cannot change the fonts or another fundamental part of the design as that would compromise that quality that Sugarplum products are held to.
