Please be aware that starting August 29, 2025, new government regulations mean U.S. buyers may be asked to pay additional customs fees or taxes when ordering from international shops like ours. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the Etsy checkout price. We want to be upfront so you know what to expect and aren’t surprised later. Thank you so much for your patience, kindness, and continued support 🥰

Returns and complains

I offer returns for standard orders that do not exceed 1500USD. Message me within 14 days of delivery before returning the item, so I can provide you details. Ship items back within 30 days of requesting a return 👍 The shipping return of purchase is at the customer's expense. Custom orders (with colors, size or any other modification) do not apply to this policy. Shop wisely, as they cannot be returned ❗️ In case of a complaint, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the issue. Complaints submitted after 30 days of receiving the package will not be taken under the consideration. Also, if you decide to use your item before checking if it's free of flaws, the compaint will not be taken under the consideration.

I ship the product after about 3-5 working days from placing a purchase 🌎 As a seller, I can't take any responsibility of wrongly addressed packages (because of a wrong address entered by the customer). Please, make sure if the address provided while placing the order is correct. Please, provide me your phone number while placing the order, so we can avoid any delivery delays ✅ Fedex communication : GB Customs has the right to hold the shipment for up to 30 days prior to providing an update

Custom and personalized orders

Once you receive the package, make sure that the material is free of flaws. If your order is damaged or defective, send me a message with a picture of the issue (and a picture of the package, if the damage was done while delivery), then I will send a replacement free of charge 👍 Please, bear in mind that after installation, so once the product is used, I am unable to deal with any complaints ☹️ also remember that my mats are designed for use on a hard surface.

Actual look and colors of the products may vary from those in the photos presented on the site. What about the metallic print like gold, silver, and copper color? So, my products just imitate gold, it's not metallic print ✌️ Note: If you want to order another mat, the colors may vary slightly due to a different print batch.

The scale shown in the visualization may be slightly different from the scale, which the pattern will be printed. Product dimensions may vary +/- 2%.

My mat is designed to be used on a hard surface. When placed on a soft surface it may bend and shift.
