How quickly will my item ship?

All items are printed to order. Non-custom orders (quotes and anything that doesn’t include personal information) ship in 1-3 days. Custom items (includes personal info like names and dates) ship in 3-5 business days. Handwriting gifts ship in 7-10 business days. Please check that the address you have on file in your Etsy account is correct as this is where we will ship to. Please note the estimated shipping delivery date included for an idea of when you can expect this item. We do not accept rush orders, please see our policies section for more. Express shipping is available, it will not increase production time but it will speed up delivery. Once your order has been picked up by the U.S. Post Office, we have no control over delivery

We are sorry, but due to the large volume of orders we ship out, and in order to maintain our quality standards, we are no longer accepting rush orders. However, at checkout, you can choose express shipping via USPS, just be aware that this does not change our processing time, just the delivery time once it has shipped.

How do you make your products?

Great question! We print each item ourselves using water-based, eco-friendly inks that will never fade or wear. We don't mass-produce, we don't outsource, and we don't cut any corners with our printing and personalization process.

Are these designs made with vinyl decals?

No! We print all our products in our cottage workshop using water-based inks that will never fade, wear off, or peel.

May I cancel or return my items?

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their Indigo Tangerine order. We accept cancellations and returns on the following conditions: CANCELLATIONS 1) within 24 hrs of purchase 2) after 24 hrs if we haven't started your order yet RETURNS If you feel we've misrepresented the item, it is defective, or the personalization is incorrect, please contact us regarding returns, exchanges, and/or replacements.
