How do I download my purchase?

After you have gone through the checkout process and payment is confirmed, a download page will appear and you will be able to download your files. You can also access your digital files by going to Your Account > Purchases and look for your order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

How do I print this artwork?

You have a few different options to print these files: • Print instantly at home • Take or email the files to your local printer or printing shop like Staples, Costco, or Target • Upload the files to an online printing service, such as Mpix, Snapfish, or Nations Photo Lab Want to skip the DIY printing? Head on over to my sister shop, and see if the artwork you're interested in is available there! Shop link: fleurfolkstore.etsy.com

What type of paper do you recommend printing on?

I personally recommend printing on matte photo paper or card stock as it gives it a more natural feel. Another option is semi-gloss paper, which will give the print a more vibrant and saturated look.

Can you send me a VAT invoice?

No, I am unable to send you an invoice. I am not registered for VAT, and due to the nature of digital downloads, I do not have the ability to see any private details or all of the fees & taxes a buyer pays. Therefore I would be unable to provide you with an accurate invoice. You will need to contact Etsy support for help with this.

My download only included a PDF/text file, where are my art print files?

Inside the PDF or text file, you will see a download link. Please, copy & paste that link into your browser and it will direct you to my Google Drive where you can download the printable files. The reason behind this is due to Etsy having a file size limitation. Some images and bundles are too big to upload to Etsy. If a listing is too big to be downloaded directly from Etsy, I will always include that fact in the product description so that you are aware that you’ll be downloading that particular listing from Google Drive. I like to be upfront with that as I know some people are hesitant about being redirected elsewhere to download their files.

Do you offer custom designs or changes?

At this time, I don’t offer custom projects or adjustments to existing designs (including changes to color, text, layout, or spacing). All artwork is created and sold exactly as shown so I can focus on creating new work and keeping the shop running smoothly.

I saw this artwork on another site like Temu or Shein—is that yours?

Nope. Sadly, some of my designs have been stolen and listed on sites like Temu without my permission. If you see them there, please know they’re unauthorized copies. The only way to get the real design (in the correct file format and quality) is to purchase directly from me—either through Fleur Folk, Megan Lang, or Cuss Yeah Designs. Your support means everything and helps keep indie art alive. 💛
