the rug arrived very quickly with two free matching ottoman covers as a gift and a cute moroccan dress/shirt. A very nice surprise. Rug is exactly as shown, very good quality and I'm more than happy with it and the customer service

The rug is beautiful, and you can really tell that it was handcrafted with professionalism and expertise. It took a few weeks to arrive because it is made to order, but the shop owner is communicative about the process throughout. I highly recommend purchasing from this shop!

The rug is absolutely perfect! We got it custom sized at 8x14 and it took less than 8 weeks from ordering. The rug is so soft and plush, we don’t need a rug pad.
