All our current listings are mostly for sublimation blanks. If any listing includes printed images, they are for reference only — to showcase possible printing results, colors, or creative ideas. 🎨 Are these blanks suitable for dye-sublimation printing?

Yes! Most of our products are sublimation-ready blanks, ideal for heat transfer and dye-sublimation printing. Some items are also compatible with other creative methods such as DTF, HTV, embroidery, clay, or resin work. We’ve also introduced a new section called “CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS,” featuring items that are already customized or printed using sublimation, DTF, or embroidery. These are perfect for customers who prefer ready-to-use, personalized options.

🏷️ Wholesale Availability

Yes, we offer both retail and wholesale pack listings for most blanks products. If you need bulk quantities or custom wholesale pricing, please message us — we’d love to collaborate!

🧵 Custom & Personalized Orders

We currently list blank items for the majority of our products, but we also have the capability to produce custom-printed or personalized bulk orders upon request. We’ve added a special section called “CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS,” where you can find listings that include customization or printing options. Please feel free to reach out to us to discuss your project or wholesale customization needs.

Please refer to the size chart and product measurements included in each listing, either in the product description or listing images. Most items also include weight and material details for better accuracy and comparison.

🚚 Shipping Information

Processing and shipping times vary by product and location. Please refer to individual listings for estimated delivery times, or check our Shop Announcement for updates on logistics and any seasonal delays. We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and YunExpress. While we maintain a 98% on-time delivery record, delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues that are beyond our control.

All orders include end-to-end tracking — from label creation to final delivery. You can easily track your shipment under “Your Orders” on Etsy once it’s marked as shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about your tracking updates, please feel free to reach out to us — we’re happy to help.

🏠 Delivery Failure Due to Incorrect Address

Orders are shipped exactly to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing apartment number, street number, or unverified USPS address) causes a delivery failure, we cannot be held responsible. Refunds are not available for failed deliveries due to address errors. Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. Once an order is shipped, address changes are not possible. Re-shipping (if available) will incur additional charges.

🎁 Gift Wrapping & Packaging

We currently do not offer gift wrapping or custom packaging for blank supply orders. For bulk printed or branded orders, we can discuss special packaging options on request.

🔥 Sublimation Temperature, Time & Pressure Settings

We provide basic reference settings for sublimation (temperature, time, and pressure) on each product listing within the description section. Please review those details carefully, or feel free to contact us if you have any questions. 📦 Please note: We do not include printed instructions or settings sheets with products during shipping. In General: • 🔹 Always remove the protective film from all MDF or metal inserts before pressing. • 🔹 We do not offer training or classes on sublimation printing. Our products are designed for customers who already have basic knowledge and experience in sublimation. If you’re new to sublimation, we recommend exploring YouTube tutorials, where hundreds of experienced creators share helpful tips.
