Absolutely! We welcome custom design requests. Please contact us with your ideas and specifications, and we will work with you to create a unique piece of jewelry tailored to your vision.

Do you offer installment payment options?

Yes, we offer convenient installment payment options to make your jewelry purchase more accessible. To initiate your order with an installment payment, you only need to make an initial payment of $100. And then let us know the ring you wish to order, the metal and the ring size you need, we will send you link to pay. Once we receive your initial payment and order details, we will begin crafting your ring to your exact specifications. You have the flexibility to make subsequent payments at any time within a 6-month period. Please note that orders with installment payments are not eligible for cancellation. We will arrange the shipment of your order only after we have received the full payment and completed the production of your ring.

What is the ring production and shipping time?

Our standard jewelry production time typically ranges from 2 to 3 weeks. After your ring is crafted to perfection, we ensure that it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Shipping within the United States usually takes approximately 3-5 business days, while the international shipping takes 5-8 days. Rush order is available, please contact me if you need it.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Please review the following details regarding our policy: 1. Returns and Exchanges within 30 Days: If you DO NOT WANT your ring for any reason, you have the option to apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt. 2. Fees for Non-Quality Issues: Please note that for returns and exchanges related to non-quality issues, 30% of the cost will be deducted.
