Fantastic item bought as a gift to complement another pricier ring. It came well packaged and I exactly as described - especially the colour which is a perfect match. As for customer service - I always think that a seller shows their true colours when you’re buying items on the lower cost side of their inventory and Diana was - incredible. I’ve never had so many issues my side as a buyer as I found myself overseas and thought I’d be back but Diana took care of everything with exemplary customer service and care - fast responses and handling everything in a cool manner. I’ll deffo buy from this company again based both of the quality of the item which is 10/10 as was the customer service!
