Can I return an item I've purchased?

All customers wishing to return an item must contact us first to authorize the return before shipping it back. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping charges as well as the original shipping charges, even if it was purchased with free shipping. If the item is returned without prior authorization a 15% restocking fee will be charged and deducted from the return.

Can you help me find my lost stuffed animal?

I am always on the look out for old plushies but unfortunately I do not have a source for specific ones. I list new items daily so I always recommend favoriting my store for updates.
