Is my delivery estimate guaranteed?

We'll do our best to meet shipping estimates, however can't guarantee them as carriers may have delays especially at peak times like holidays and Christmas.

I am not sure what phone model I have?

The easiest way to check your phone's model is to use the phone itself. SAMSUNG and GOOGLE phones - Go to the Settings or Options menu, scroll to the bottom of the list and check 'About phone', 'About device' or similar. APPLE iPhones - Go to the Settings menu, then General and then select About. The device name / model number will be listed for both scenarios.

What is the difference between Slim and Tough cases?

Slim cases provide only scratch protection whereas our Tough cases provide all round protection including help if you drop your phone - although we cannot guarantee no damage will occur.

Are your cases made of real wood?

No, all cases are printed plastic with a design that is made to look like wood or fabric. They are not real wood, fabric or gold!

Can I cancel my order once placed?

You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of your purchase, after that we will probably not be able to cancel your order due to our printing processes.

Will I have to pay any Duties or Taxes?

No. All our shipments are tariff & duty paid — there are no extra fees on delivery. U.S. orders are shipped quickly from within the U.S.

Is wear and tear covered by the Warranty?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear. Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the lifetime warranty include colours fading, abrasions on the case or damage from being dropped.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

We want you to love your order, and while we do our best to ensure everything arrives just right, mistakes can sometimes happen. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Simply send us a message with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a refund. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve any problems quickly. Since all our items are printed to order, we’re unable to accept general returns, but if you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out – we’re here to help!

What is a MagSafe case?

A MagSafe phone case is a specially designed iPhone case with built-in magnets that align with the iPhone's MagSafe system. This ensures secure attachment to MagSafe accessories like chargers, wallets, and mounts for easy charging and a stable connection. Our MagSafe cases feature a slightly raised area on the back of the case to house the metal ring inside.

Do you accept Returns and Exchanges?

Since all our items are printed to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if a return is approved, it will need to be sent to our store in the United Kingdom before a refund or replacement can be processed.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Colours can vary slightly between screens and the finished case, and design placement may vary a little between phone models because of differences in size and camera position. Any wood, flowers, fabric, glitter, marble, metal or other textures shown in the artwork are printed effects only and are not real materials.

Every case is printed especially for your order rather than taken from pre-printed stock. Because of this, we cannot usually accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect phone model or the wrong case type. If your case arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, or there is any other problem with your order, please message us through Etsy and we’ll do our best to put it right.
