What happens is my item arrives damaged?

we package our items well to prevent damage during delivery. However on occasions we understand accidents do happen. If you do happen to receive a broken item please do not worry. Simply send us a picture of your broken item along with the damaged packaging and we will repair or replace your damaged item as quickly as we can.

What do I do if I need my item sooner than the expected delivery date?

We try to have all of our orders out well before our current processing times. In most cases you will receive your item much sooner than shown upon checkout. If for some reason you need your order prior to a certain date, we suggest you reach out prior to ordering to make sure we can accommodate your needs, and note your order accordingly, so you will receive your item in time.

What do I do if my order shows delivered but is not here?

We understand how this may be cause for concern. However in some cases we have seen packages marked as delivered before actually arriving. We suggest waiting 24-48 additional hours to see if it shows up. We also suggest checking with neighbors or other household members. If you still can not find your package please let us know. We are happy to call in to help locate your package, and if all else fails refund or replace your order.

I would like to order something, but I would like a different size, font, or color scheme. Do you do custom orders?

We like to try and accommodate every ones needs, and we understand every ones needs are different. If you are interested in a custom item, please feel free to reach out to us to discuss your options. We are always open to new ideas and projects and will do our best to try and accommodate you to the best of our abilities.

I have recieved, but would like to return my order. What should I do?

We offer refunds on most all of our items. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your product please let us know within 7 days of delivery. After notifying us please carefully repackage your item with the original packaging and return it to us within 14 days. Once we receive your item we will then refund you the original purchase price minus shipping. We do not however accept returns on personalized signs and products. However please let us know if there is any issues with your order so we can address any issues you may have.
