925 STERLING SILVER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

My 925 Sterling Silver items can be easily cleaned. For all beaded items and charms use any sterling silver polishing cloth (give items a good rub and bring back the shine). For fine chains I recommend Connoisseurs Silver cleaning dip (please follow cleaning instructions from the manufacturer), easily available to buy on line. Avoid wearing your jewellery while sleeping, showering, swimming, exercising, avoid spraying perfume on your jewellery or hand lotions. The best way to store your jewellery when you are not wearing them is in a zip poly bag (your jewellery will arrive in these bags when you order). Keep other jewellery items away from your sterling silver in a jewellery box as they can react and tarnish your item.

JEWELLERY SIZING DETAILS

Every item has detailed sizing advice in the description of that item (please read that carefully before making a purchase). As a general rule to asses the correct size for our 925 Sterling silver stretchy rings and bracelets the easiest thing is to place a piece of string around your finger or wrist and measure the string in centimetres, this way you will see which size is best suited for you. You can do the same for chain necklaces and bracelets, just put a soft tape measure (or a piece of string) around your neck or wrist and you will see how necklace or bracelet length will look on you. If you have a special request to make any of my designs in a custom size please drop me a line and I will be happy to accommodate where I can.

DOES YOUR JEWELLERY HAVE WARRANTY

Yes. All my jewellery have 1 year warranty valid from the date of purchase, so please keep your digital receipt, as this will be needed as proof of purchase in the event that you require a service under warranty. I cover all material defects under this warranty, your item will be replaced or repaired. However the warranty does not cover damage caused by general wear and tear, tarnish (as that can be cleaned) or if you have lost or broken the item yourself). If you have any concerns you can always contact me.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHNAGES AND ISSUE REFUNDS FOR UNWATED ITEMS

Yes. You can exchange or receive a refund within 7 days of receiving your item and then posting your items back to me to address below within 14 days. Item has to be posted back in its original packaging, undamaged, unworn and unused. Please obtain proof of posting in the event that your item gets lost in the post. I charge £3.50 for UK and £12 for INTERNATIONAL exchange to cover P&P back to customer! Return your item to: MAIA MARIA 61. ~ Made with solid 925 Sterling silver, 18k gold vermeil and 18k rose gold vermeil

~ Angel wing charm has lovely carved detail on both sides and it's 2cm long. Along side cute 6mm puffed heart charm available in silver, 18k gold vermeil or 18k rose gold vermeil colour.

~ Chain is classic dainty 1.8mm rolo chain with slider claps so you can easily adjust the length of your bracelet by sliding the clasp up and down the whole bracelet to reach your desired length and also have a bit of a dangle if that's what you like.
