Loved as gift. Just didn’t get here in time even though I ordered in advance & shipping estimated date said it would get to me before my anniversary. The tracking label stayed in “label created” for about 5days. Even though seller said item was dropped off at post office, tracking did not show that. After messaging seller consecutive days, item tracking started moving. Seller did give me shipping refund, but still not happy that I didn’t receive before my anniversary.

The item was very nice and my husband really liked it for our wedding, however I feel like the customer service was not the best or very timely. It took me getting Etsy involved before they would return my messages. Told me they were mailing my product and theb it sat for a few days without it being shipped. I almost thought i was scammed at one point in time because they were not responding to my messages.
