✨ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ✨
All Frosted Cups are made to order, and specifically designed for your needs. Given these are personalized, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. If you choose to cancel order after artwork and screen are made there will be a $30 fee to cover expenses used. If there is an error on our part we will gladly send a corrected replacement or issue a refund. Please make sure to contact us within 5 days of delivery to receive a return authorization. Make sure you return the items back to us within 5 days of delivery. Shipping is non-refundable.

If you need your order rushed please message us before ordering telling us when you need your order and what State you're located in.
We will reply asap (usually within 1-2 hours) confirming if we can rush your order, and advising you about what Shipping Method will be necessary to get your order delivered in time for your event.

💗 HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? 💗

I wanted to clarify the shipping timeline for you. When you select free shipping, your order is expected to arrive towards the end of the estimated delivery window provided by Etsy.

If you require your order by the earlier date within that timeframe, please note that this can only be accommodated with the purchase of both rush production and rush shipping. Without these, the earlier delivery date is not guaranteed.

Standard shipping takes 3-6 business days. If purchasing multiple items from our shop, items will ship at different times. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Global Mail you will receive a tracking number when your order is marked shipped. Please message us at any time for an update on your order and we can provided estimated delivery dates.
