How long does it take you to prepare an item?

The estimated processing time is always shown on each product page, just below the title. Being a slow fashion brand, most of our garments are made to order and knitting time can take up to 1 week for tops & bralettes, and 1-3 weeks for sweaters & cardigans. If you need your order sooner, please send us a message as we usually keep a small stock of some of our most loved styles and may be able to ship them immediately. Most accessories (bags, turbans, hats) are ready to ship and leave the studio within 1–3 days.

How long does delivery take?

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

EU customers: No import duties or taxes. U.S. customers: You won’t have to pay any duties on delivery. Your order already includes prepaid U.S. import duties and DDP processing fees, so your parcel arrives with no extra costs and no delays. Everywhere else: Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local customs handling fees. These are determined by your country’s regulations and collected by the courier upon delivery. If you’re unsure, we always recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

I want to return my package, do you accept returns?

Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and has all tags attached. Once we receive the package, we’ll issue a refund or arrange an exchange. Please note: - Shipping fees, and any taxes/duties collected by your country, aren’t refundable - Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned - For U.S. customers: returns include a small 10% restocking fee, which covers the non-refundable import duties already paid on your behalf when your order was shipped.

How do I care for my product?

Mohair, wool, cotton — We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent or softener. Do not wring or scrub, just gently rinse with fresh water. Carefully lay your knit on a clean towel, adjust its shape and let it air dry, away from the sun. Always store your hand knit garments folded, rather than hanging them, to protect their shape. Raffia — Please don't wash our raffia bags, just gently spot clean with a damp cloth, if needed. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
