Finish note: raw steel is a highly recyclable material, reused over and over, so the finish and color vary from piece to piece - sometimes even black. Yours comes from our local mill and may be darker or lighter than our photos depending on that day's recycled material, which makes every piece unique. Left untreated, raw steel will rust and develop a natural patina unique to your environment.

ALUMINUM - The Aluminum finish is the best option if you want the look of shiny metal or stainless steel on a budget. This finish is rust-proof and weather-proof (great for marine environments) and is lightweight. Aluminum is also a soft metal and scratches easily, so please be careful when opening your package.

ALUMINUM POWDER (GLOSS CLEAR, FLAT BLACK, GLOSS WHITE, GLOSS RED) - These Aluminum powder coat finish options will help prevent chips and scratches and give you more color choices. These UV-protected finishes will protect the Aluminum in the toughest conditions and help prevent oxidation over time.

GALVANIZED - Galvanized refers to a process in which steel is coated with a layer of zinc to protect it from corrosion. The appearance of galvanized metal is characterized by a shiny, silver-gray surface. The coating gives the material a distinct metallic luster. Over time, the zinc coating may develop a matte gray patina as it weathers, but the initial appearance is typically bright and reflective.
