With the exception of items in our "ready to ship" section, all of our items are made to order and processing time is 3-6 BUSINESS days, this excludes all holidays and weekends. When ordering, we do recommend that you place your order 2 weeks before your "need by" date. (3-4 weeks for customers outside of the US). The delivery estimates shown by the Etsy system are based on the earliest possible ship date and are not always realistic. Please look at the last possible "estimated" delivery date, not the earliest. Again, the earliest delivery date is often unrealistic. We DO NOT guarantee any specific delivery date as the postal carriers will not. No refunds will given for delay, loss or damage created by a postal carrier service.
We do allow cancellations of orders as long as the cancellation request is made within 2 hours of placing your order, no exceptions will be made to this policy.
With the exception of customized/personalized orders, we do accept returns and exchanges as long as the exchange/return is initiated within 14 days of delivery, please contact us for the correct return address BEFORE initiating a return. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customized/personalized items CANNOT be returned or exchanged, however, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us. (Please be sure to check spelling before submitting your order!)

White, Yellow and Heather Lilac will come with BLACK design and WHITE text.

If you are sending to multiple addresses, you MUST place each order separately! Please do not place an order with multiple items and then include a note with multiple addresses, this will not be honored. All items in the order will be sent to the address you used at checkout.
