Every card is made to order. Please review current order processing times as they may change. Orders are shipped via USPS from Alexandria, Virginia. - Standard First Class shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery and does not include USPS tracking. See FAQ section for more information. - If you would like USPS tracking please upgrade to Priority Mail shipping. Priority Mail service typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery

What should I do if my order is missing items or is incorrect?

Claims must be received via Esty Messenger within 48 hours of delivery. Items may be exchanged or a replacement will be sent out with valid proof. Items lost in the mail or delayed with the carrier will not be replaced or refunded.

Custom and personalized orders

To personalize items that include names or custom wording, please include the details in the personalization box when adding to your cart. Items are personalized in the style shown in the listing photos, unless otherwise specified or requested.

Standard USPS First Class shipping for greeting cards has Etsy tracking provided by Pitney Bowes. This is not a USPS tracking number and can be tracked here: https://trackpb.shipment.co/track This type of tracking is an estimate based on the location and date of when your order was last scanned. Being that it is an estimate, it may not offer the most reliable tracking. If you would like to order more reliable tracking/shipping I would recommend upgrading to USPS Priority shipping at checkout.

All invitation artwork and text colors can be changed to match your wedding theme. Perfect for DIY couples who want full customization.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
1 PDF instructions file with links to the Canva templates listed below.
- (1) Canva Invitation Template, 5” W X 7” H, includes Front and (1) Optional Back design
- (1) Canva Print & Cut Template for at home printing, US Letter size. Recommended for printing two single-sided invitations onto a single sheet of paper.

TEMPLATE HOW TO
1. Once payment is processed, you will receive a receipt email from Etsy confirming your purchase. This will provide you with a link to view and download your files on Etsy. Your download will include a PDF file that contains the template link(s).
2. Click the template link(s) in the PDF file. A webpage will open prompting you to select the “Use Template” link. You will then be asked to create a FREE Canva account or to login with an existing account.
3. Once you complete your edits to the template you can save and download the file.
4. Print the file at your local print shop, through an online printing service, or at home.

WHAT CAN I EDIT IN CANVA?
- All text is editable. You can modify text for wording and change text size, color, style, font and placement.
- Template graphic colors can be changed to match your event color theme.
- Background colors can be changed or added.
- Upload your own photos or graphics. Then drag and drop onto the template.
- Template link allows for unlimited edits. There is no expiration date.
