My production time is listed as 3-5 business days. Production time does not include time in transit, this varies based on the shipping method you choose and where you are located. Weekends & Holidays are excluded in shipping times. International packages can take 2-6 weeks to arrive. Depending on your Country location. VAT, Duty Fees and Taxes are not included in the price, or shipping costs. If your package is returned to us marked NOT CALLED FOR, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.

How do I know my ring size

Figuring out a ring size OR your toe size can sometimes be a challenge. Well my advise starts with....DONT GUESS! I love making jewelry and I love when costumers are happy :). Not being able to wear your item when you receive it can be frustrating. You have a few options....for FINGERS AND TOES! Unsure of your size? Well you have a few option ns. 1. You can go to a local jeweler. 2. You can use an online tool: http://pics.bluenile.com/assets/chrome/pdf/ring_sizing_guide_US_2012.pdf 3. You can purchase a ring sizer! Size or length of jewelry is the buyers responsibility, if you're not sure DO NOT GUESS!! If you order the wrong size, it will be the buyers responsibility for shipping fees and my labor costs for the resize. Resize costs can range from $5-25. However, please note that not all items can be re-sized, some items would require you to have an entirely new piece made at the original cost. If the size is incorrect because of my own error, I will gladly resize at no cost to you! Please don't guess though....please email me if you have more questions.

Does Metal Heart offer RUSH ORDERS?

Yes, on most occasions we can offer you our 2 business day completion for $10 per item. This does not include shipping time, only our completion time. Please note we may not always be able to offer RUSH service due to our workload. Decisions will be made on a case by case basis. Please inquire. This fee is non-refundable even if item is returned, or if postal service causes unforeseen delays.

Not returnable or exchangeable due to the nature of hygiene issues. Thanks for your understanding. These smaller ones are a challenge to resize. Last option to get the correct size, if a resize is not possible, is to purchase an entirely new toe ring at your desired size. Please do not guess your size!
