You can prepare stews on the stove, in the oven or over coal/ wood fire. Clay cooking pot's perform best when heated slowly, maximum on medium heat. Tanjia Pots are not recommended for use in a dishwasher.

Great Tanjia, I am very much looking forward to cooking with it. Arrived very promptly and very well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap to ensure it didnt smash. Very high quality, exactly as I’d expect to find back home in the medina of Marrakech.
This item was as described and well packed to avoid breakage.
We used this for the first time today. Delicious. Meat so tender. Just amazing. Customer service was excellent too. Great communication. Evri managed to smash it on delivery, but the matter was dealt with efficiently by the seller with no fuss. It looks small but that can be deceptive. I would say enough meat for four from the mid sized pot of the three available sizes.
