The high quality vinyl I use on my products is super easy to care for. For best results, machine or hand wash in cold water, no liquid fabric softeners. Tumble dry or line dry. Iron inside out - never directly on the vinyl!

If for some reason your vinyl would start to come up in any area, cover the fabric with a protective cloth and press firmly with a hot iron. (I've personally never experienced this with my vinyl creations!)

Yes, I do custom orders! Please keep in mind that customizing an item may affect processing time if I need to order a specific garment or vinyl color. Custom orders may also have additional fees to cover design time, etc. Once again, I always try to make the processing time as short as possible!

**INFANT BODYSUIT SIZING:

I use a mixture of Child of Mine and Just One You infant bodysuits, both by Carter's. They word their sizing slightly differently, but they are the exact same as follows:
-0-3 months in Child of Mine is 3 months in Just One You
-3-6 months in Child of Mine is 6 months in Just One You
(9 month bodysuits are all Just One You)
-6-12 months in Child of Mine is 12 months in Just One You


**ALL OTHER SIZING:

Because all other items vary by brand/style/fit, I try to put sizing information within the individual listings. Check the listing photos for sizing. If I've missed a listing, don't hesitate to contact me!

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Shipping and include a tracking number. In the item details of each listing you will find a link to a listing you can purchase if you'd like to upgrade your order to Priority Shipping. I am not responsible for items lost by the Postal Service. Also, if tracking on an item shows it was delivered, I cannot replace it. I ship to the address you provide on Etsy, so please make sure it is correct before placing your order. If an item is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for the item to be reshipped.

I can tell you when I can have an item shipped by and I can stand behind that, but I CANNOT control what the postal service does once the package leaves my hands.

I pride myself on fast processing times - I know what it's like to be on the other end and wait forever for an item I ordered. If I have all supplies on hand, they will ship quickly. Items have a longer processing time listed in case I don't have a specific supply on hand and need to place an order with my supplier. My supplier ships super fast, so I'm normally able to have the item enter the shipping process within a week. If you need your item my a certain date, please contact me prior to check out to make sure it can be done.

If you'd like to include a gift message with your order, type what you'd like it to say during checkout and I'll print it and include it with your order. Gift orders will also be wrapped in tissue paper.
