After your purchase, you’ll receive an email from Corjl with a link to access and edit your template. If you signed in to Etsy using Apple ID, please note that Apple may hide your real email address. If you don’t receive the Corjl email, just send me a message with the email address you’d like me to use, and I’ll update it for you.

2. Do I need a Corjl account?

Yes! You’ll need to create a free Corjl account to edit your template. It only takes a minute to set up, and it helps you keep all your purchased templates in one place.

3. Is Corjl easy to use?

Yes! Corjl is very intuitive and beginner-friendly. You can easily personalize your template. No special software or design skills needed.

4. Can I edit on my phone?

Corjl does allow mobile editing, but for the best experience (and access to all tools), I recommend using a computer. It’s easier and gives you more creative control.

5. I bought multiple templates. Where can I find them?

All of your templates will appear under the same Corjl account you used before. Just log in, and you’ll see all your purchased designs in one spot.

6. What if I can’t access the email I used to buy?

No problem! Just send me a message with your new email address, and I’ll make sure your Corjl link is sent there.
