What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address for my order?

This is a great item and very well made worth the price. Sadly, dealing with the seller is another matter. First, it was sent late and then didn't arrive on time. I contacted the seller, and they expected me to find out why it was help by Uk customs. They didn't get it was their job not mine. Everything was shipped on time ( some days before processing time in my listing ). Parcel was imported in UK after 4 days after shipping ( then Customs delay the shipping process).
