First, the seller is extremely responsive. I bought this as a gift and paid for the personalized 'engraving' service on both sides. The item shipped a couple days later than the seller initially mentioned, BUT he was able to accommodate a shipping address change with no issues. The item arrived quickly via UPS and was well packaged and arrived without any damage. My only issue is that the personalization service indicated 'engraving' so I was expecting a deep physical carving, but it's more of a UV printing. Other than that, I would purchase and take somewhere locally for the desired engraving.
