Unless otherwise specified on the attached label, please hand wash your silk items. (1) Prepare a basin with cold water and a gentle detergent (some detergents may cause spotting if you add them after you put your fabric in the water), then add your scarf. Gently swirl it to ensure the entire piece gets wet. NOTE: only wash like colors together as some loose dye may come off (2) Rinse the scarf in a basin of clean water. When you remove your scarf, squeeze gently to remove most of the water (do not twist or wring). (3) Hang your scarf up or lay it on a towel for a bit to draw out excess moisture before (optional) steaming or ironing on medium/silk setting.

Completion times vary depending on the product. Please tell me if you need the product by a certain date - I will do my best to work with you!

Whether you've already placed an order or you're just thinking about it, if you are concerned then the absolute best way to see if your purchase will get to you on time is to send me a message and ask. During business hours (and sometimes even after) I'm rarely out of touch for more than an hour or two, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

All packages are shipped via US Mail, which includes tracking within the U.S. (tracking outside the U.S. depends on the service receiving the package).

Sometimes, however, the tracking information takes a while to update, especially during the holidays when the volume of packages being mailed increases quite a bit. If you received an email from me stating that your package has shipped but the tracking number doesn't show any results please wait 4-8 hours and check again.
