Good morning, I ordered a floral arrangement with my daughter's names engraved in the wood. The result is incredibly beautiful. In addition, Helen listens to our needs. I highly recommend! :) Thank you Helen!

Kind of disappointed. The flowers are beautifully made and packaged well. However, I am not an artistic or crafty person, which is why when I saw this on etsy, I loved it! The item arrived, and everything was individually packaged. I HAVE TO build what I bought.... I thought it would be shipped put together (as 2 pieces) the left side and the right side, so all I have to do is hang each side. The fact that I have to re-create what I loved on the image is so disappointing. I haven't put it together yet because there is no way it's going to look like the picture (which is what I thought I was getting). I thought it was pricey to begin with, but totally worth it to get the end result. However, IT IS very pricey when I have to build it myself..... Not excited about this. Highly consider your abilities when purchasing this item.

Dear Terra, I'm very sorry that this happened. I understand your disappointment, and I am also very sorry that my crafts did not bring you pleasure. I thought the product description was clear.. I wanted to fix this unpleasant situation and wrote you the private message, but You didn't answered.. But anyway thank You for your comment..
