How do I download my files?

1.) YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT Files can be downloaded via your computer or phone by signing into your Etsy account from a web browser. 2.) EMAIL An email will be automatically emailed to you via Etsy to the email associated with your Etsy account. Please make sure to check SPAM/JUNK folders. Please NOTE that you cannot download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time.

Can I share my item digitally?

Absolutely! Just save your file as a JPG or PNG file to share digitally.

How should I print my file?

You can print at home, at your local print shop, or upload to an online print shop. There are 3 download options: PNG, PDF and JPG. PNG is best for text, email and social media PDF is best for home printing, copy center or print shop JPG is best for text, photo lab or print shop Due to differences in monitor and printer calibrations, colors may appear different than on screen. The final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper used.

What can be edited with my editable template?

For all editable templates, you will find what can be edited described in detail under Item Description. Please make sure to read what can be edited before purchase.

What are digital files?

All items in my shop are digital items. You can edit your own file directly in your browser or on a mobile device using the free online editing software Canva.com. Canva makes it easy for you to make all of the changes yourself, download the PDF, JPG or PNG, and print or share it digitally. I do not ship any printed products through my Etsy store. All items are sent digitally.
