In what condition will I receive my garments?

All items have been laundered and ironed carefully so they are ready to wear. I advise to read care labels before washing, although hand-wash with a mild detergent will always be the safest option. It is inevitable that some items may contain minor flaws and signs of wear. It is important to read product descriptions carefully as I will highlight any noticeable imperfections or repairs. I'm a firm advocate of the importance of repairing minor damage to clothes so that their life can continue to run its course and in turn reducing its impact on the environment. These items will be priced accordingly.

What is the packaging material used?

I always try my best to send your orders on 100% recycled and reusable packaging. Remember that our planet will be grateful for our correct waste disposal. In Germany, all of my shipping materials are accounted for with "Reclay Systems GmbH" and can be recycled according to local regulations.

What about returns and exchanges?

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you want to return an item, you would have to let me know immediately upon receipt. Bear in mind that returns for sizing reasons might not be accepted, as I provide detailed measurements on all listings. Items must be sent with tracking and shipping costs for returns have to be carried by the buyer (possible custom charges included). The initial shipping costs are non refundable.

I'm from US. What happens with customs and import taxes?

Even with the new customs rules, we’re still delivering to the USA. Import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
