No, all of our products are custom made per order. We are pleased to offer virtually limitless sizes, letter styles, finishes and colors in our manufacturing process.

You can get rush delivery of your order but there is no rush production time. Contact us for expedited shipping options.

Do you only make letters?

No, our computer guided machines can cut any shape. Please email us with your artwork and we’ll get you a quote within 2 business days.

What if my product arrives broken or defective?

Simply give us a call within 2 weeks of receiving your order and we will replace it free of charge.

What if my product is not as expected?

If you receive a product that does not match the description online or you feel the quality isn’t up to standards, we will work with you to provide a product that will satisfy expectations.

What if I don't like what I received?

We try to create a visual with digital renderings and material samples, but if you find you just don’t like the finished product or have changed your mind, we will work with you to find a replacement. If the replacement is more than your original total, we will only charge the difference.

How do I mount my letters?

Letters can be installed with adhesive alone or a combination of adhesive and hardware. There are different instructions for the various mounting options. We provide video instructions on our web pages.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We display the estimated arrival on the listings. After you have placed an order You order should list the estimated ship by date. Typically, most products ship within 5-10 business days. With standard shipping, your order should arrive within 10-15 business days from the order date. Send us a message to select an expedited shipping method to get your order faster than the standard delivery.

How do I make my foam or plastic letters float?

Letters can be mounted together using plastic strips and silicone glue. We provide instructions on our web pages.

**SIZING INFO**
The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify. Depending on the font, some uppercase/lowercase letters may be shorter or taller than the height you specify on the order form, so they will look proportionate to each other. Therefore, you may receive some of your lettering in different dimensions than the letter height ordered. If all lettering is ordered in lower case, we still scale the lettering to an uppercase "A" which will make most of the letters smaller than what was ordered. Please contact us if you would like to size your lettering differently from our standards.
