Do you create custom items?

I love custom orders! Many of my items have customization built in. It is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm that all names and credentials are spelled correctly when placing your order. If you have questions about how something will look, send me a message- I am happy to create a mockup of your specific customizations before you place your order. I don't accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless your item was damaged upon arrival.

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm their address is correct prior to placing their order. If your package is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. This small business is unable to replace missing packages that have been marked as delivered.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available for handmade items including badge reels, stickers, and notecards. Gift wrap is NOT currently available for professionally printed items including shirts, mugs, tumblers, and bags. Thank you for your understanding.

Why are my stickers taking so long to arrive

Unless you added on priority shipping to your sticker order I am unable to guarantee their delivery time. There continue to be system wide delays in shipping time for small packages.

To reduce product waste and provide you with long-lasting items, some items in my shop are professionally printed. All professionally printed items are made-to-order. As such, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged on arrival. If your order isn't what you were expecting, send me a message so we can work together to make it right!
