Can you ship Internationally?

Yes! We do it every day. For international shipments, we charge a flat $20 for the first item and $10 for each additional item within the same shipment. Note that for high value items or shipments to certain countries we will need to add an additional surcharge to compensate us for insurance costs or special shipping costs. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding international shipping and we will quickly respond.

Can you size a ring or other item?

Yes. For a nominal fee (depending on the job), we can size most rings and some other items. Please message us and we will quote you.

Does my jewelry come in a box?

Yes. Most pieces are shipped in a fine jewelry box (unless odd shaped item that requires different packaging). The boxes help protect the jewelry in transit and can be used when storing or gifting the items.

Yes, you can purchase an item on layaway. Just message us and we can come up with an easy payment schedule. Note that layaway items cannot be returned.

Custom and personalized orders

We can do custom jewelry orders if you cannot find exactly what you want in our store. For example, we can take one of your diamonds and remount it in a new ring or pendant setting. Just message us with any questions or to get a quote.

Do you offer insurance appraisals with your jewelry?

For items $1,000 or more, we offer free appraisals upon request. For items under $1,000, we charge $10 per item. Just contact us after you complete your purchase if you would like to add on this service.

How Can I Be Sure This Item is Exactly as Described?

Eric, the Owner of LeifJewelry, is a GIA Certified Gemologist who personally inspects and describes each item listed. In addition, each item is chemically or electronically tested to ensure that the metal purity and gem is exactly as stated in the description. We GUARANTEE that each item is exactly as described or your money back!

Where do you get all of this cool jewelry?

The team at LeifJewelry travels around the country going to estate sales, antique shows, jewelry stores, and auctions to buy only the finest and unique pieces at value prices. We also have a physical location in Southwest Florida where dealers and the public sell to us due to our reputation for quality and integrity.

Do you do "rush" shipping orders?

Absolutely! With our free domestic shipping, we typically use either USPS First Class Mail with tracking or FedEx 2-Day for high value items, and try to process most orders quickly. If you need a faster delivery, just send us a message and we will accommodate you as best we can.

If the owner's name is Eric, why is the store called LeifJewelry?

Leif is our first born (he beat out his twin brother Sam by one minute) and we hope one day he will take over the family business with his brother. Although currently he wants to be a ninja (he is 9 years old) so we will just have to see what happens there.
