Racerback Tanks: Sizing runs small so I suggest ordering one to two sizes up depending how tight or loose you want the tank to fit. For reference, I wear a small and I would order a medium tank. T-Shirts: Unisex sizing and true to size (not super tight fitting). I suggest ordering your usual size so there is some room to style the shirts in a cute way by tying a front knot and rolling the sleeves up. Sweatshirts: Unisex sizing and true to size (not super tight fitting). Order your usual size if you want the sweatshirt to be fitted but slightly loose and order 1-2 sizes up for a baggier oversized look. Oversized: To achieve the oversized look, you will need to order 2-3 sizes up. None of my products are automatically oversized.

Standard shipping typically takes up to 14 days to arrive from when the order is placed (this includes production time). Upgraded shipping (express) typically takes between 6-9 days to arrive from when the order is placed (this includes production time). Production time of your order typically takes 2-7 days. *PLEASE NOTE* These shipping timeframes are estimates and it is the customers responsibility to order from my shop understanding these shipping times and if these timeframes will work for them and when they need to receive their items.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do NOT offer any form of gift wrapping or packaging. Please note that if you select your item as a gift, it will be packaged in the same way as a non-gift package.

I am only able to cancel your order IMMEDIATELY after it is placed. I do my best to get new orders in production as soon as possible and once an order is in production, I am not able to cancel it or make any changes to it.

Timeline to Fix an Order Issue

You must reach out to me within 30 days of receiving your item if there is an issue with your order. If you reach out after the 30 days, I will not be able to offer any refund/replacements.

I use direct to garment printing (DTG) which infuses the ink into the fabric to create a durable product. Please note that this printing method can cause the ink to appear slightly less vibrant than as seen in the photos and there may be slight variations in the color.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend always following the care instructions on the specific garment. However, in order to make your garments longer lasting, we suggest to wash on cold with like colors with the design inside out. We recommend avoiding the dryer and hanging to dry your garments, but if you do use the dryer, we suggest tumble drying on low.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS: I do not accept order cancellations, returns or exchanges. If your item is received in a flawed or damaged condition, please message me with pictures and I will work with you to fix the issue. I do not issue refunds or order re-prints if there are delivery issues due to the customer providing an incomplete or inaccurate address.

ADDING NOTES TO ORDERS: Please note that I am NOT ABLE to add any type of note to an order as I work with a production partner who helps me produce and ship my items.
