Elegant solid wood side table - Handcrafted oak sofa table

This handcrafted side table combines modern, minimalist design with high functionality. Its thoughtful construction makes it not only a stylish piece of furniture, but also a versatile everyday helper.

Thanks to its adjustable height and single-sided base, the table can be easily slid under most sofas, armchairs, beds, or hammocks. The open design allows for plenty of legroom and promotes comfortable, ergonomic use – ideal for working, reading, or simply placing items.

The tabletop, base, and supporting leg are each approximately 3 cm and 5 cm thick, respectively, and made of solid wood. They are securely screwed together and can be easily disassembled if needed.

The tabletop features a fine Swiss edge, giving the table a delicate appearance despite its solid construction. Soft lines and gentle curves flow consistently from the tabletop to the base, harmoniously completing the design.

Note regarding the stain

Staining refers to the treatment of the wood surface with a solution that penetrates the wood structure and naturally alters the color. This creates vibrant, subtly varying color patterns that accentuate the grain and deliberately differ from uniformly lacquered surfaces.

⸻

Handmade & real wood

The table is produced in small batches from high-quality solid wood. Grain, color variations, knots, as well as fine cracks or drying splits are natural characteristics of solid wood and make each piece unique.

⸻

sustainability

The wood used comes predominantly from the region. Short transport routes and the reuse of sturdy cardboard boxes from local businesses help to reduce packaging waste and CO₂ emissions.
