My order arrived late. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no. Due to it being a personalized item I do not accept returns if it arrives late. Buyer is responsible for ordering ahead of time and purchasing the rush fee as well and upgrading shipping at checkout.

If I could give this product 5 stars I would. When you have a second kid some things fall through the cracks. Well the cake topper was one of those things. Ordered the topper at the end of December and notified store of the party that would be on 1/11. Product was received on 1/8 which was amazing!! I asked if any orange could be added and if it couldn’t then no problem since ordering was short notice. When I received the topper, not only was shipping amazing but listening to the customer was outstanding. What was even more special the store included a candle which I thought was an amazing touch. Also made this momma cry. I can’t thank you enough for making this for my son’s birthday cake! It was everything I could’ve asked for and more!!
