The quality of the item is very good. Although the shipping company handled the package very roughly, everything is intact and overall very well made. Unfortunately I think the article differs significantly from the photos. It would be helpful to be able to see more photos of the different colors. I asked for a model with few knotholes, but unfortunately that didn't work out. Otherwise the contact was friendly and quick. An exchange for a different color is possible but unfortunately only if I guarantee safe return shipping. I'm not sure how the packages are handled. I don't know what to do with the article yet... it's a shame.
