PRODUCT INFO:

• MATERIAL: Our products are made using premium grade all-weather PVC board. The PVC board we source for our products is unique in that it is not foam-filled (like most others use), but is a solid compressed PVC board, resulting in a sturdier, more resilient finished product. PVC is 100% weatherproof and intended for outdoor use, in both tropical and cold climates (even in the harshest conditions, like Florida sunshine, rain showers & salt air!). Our products can be hung in direct sun & weather exposure, and will not yellow, mildew, crack or rust, and is impenetrable to moisture and insects. Do NOT hang PVC between your front door and glass storm door, as the glass reflection creates an extreme heat pocket that could result in warping.

• SIZE: Available in 6"/9"/12" widths. Exact dimensions in WxH are: 6"x7.5" / 9"x11.25" / 12"x15". All signs are 1/2" thick. There is no personalized text on this sign.

• COLOR: We do not offer paint services for our products; all signs will arrive WHITE. PVC is a bright white UV resistant material, and will not yellow over time. Your product will arrive ready to hang as-is, or ready if you would like to paint it. We take the time to hand sand every sign after it's cut, so it is smooth and prepped for painting if you choose to paint it yourself. Because PVC is a weatherproof material, there is no need to prime or seal it. We recommend using an exterior acrylic based paint if you would like to paint it. This material takes paint very well, and is quite easy to DIY paint yourself.

**Please note that we do not recommend painting PVC dark colors if installed in areas that get direct sunlight. Dark pigments in the paint absorb significantly more heat from the sun than lighter colors, transferring this intense heat to the PVC material underneath. While PVC naturally expands and contracts with temperature changes, the excessive, uneven heat from dark paint can cause it to expand too much to return to its original dimensions when it cools, leading to warping. We recommend using a high quality exterior acrylic latex paint with a light reflective value (LRV) of 55 or higher. There are also specialized vinyl safe paints specifically made for dark colors. We recommend speaking to a paint specialist regarding vinyl safe paint for dark colors.**

• HOW TO HANG? These are intended to be attached directly onto your existing shutters. We suggest using screws to secure the embellishments onto your shutters, by drilling the screws all the way through the embellishments and into the shutter. Because PVC is a soft material, do not push hard when putting a screw in or you could indent the sign. Hanging hardware not included. Alternatively, if attaching to a flat surface, you can use an exterior epoxy to glue the embellishments onto the shutters. We suggest using painter's tape to hold the embellishment onto the shutter until the epoxy dries.

SHIPPING INFO: We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping with $35 purchases, with the exception of shipping to PO Boxes, HI, AK, & rural areas, which will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please refer to current estimated delivery time frame shown under the Shipping section of this listing, for an accurate estimate of order arrival. Please note that your order will ship to the address that is submitted with your order. Please double check the shipping address BEFORE you submit your order to ensure the shipping address is accurate. If an item is returned to me due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to re-ship it with a new shipping label.

SHOP POLICES: Please note that due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We make all of our products to order based on customer specifications (size, pilot hole preference, personalization, etc.) when orders are placed. We do not keep any products "on the shelf" to be able to accept non-personalized product returns. If your products warp due to being painted a dark color after you receive your order, we are not responsible for replacements (see above under "color"). In the rare instance that an item is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order (with pictures of damage to sign & box), so we can immediately address a replacement for you.
