Custom and personalized orders

Yes! We work with hundreds of designers to custom manufacture their pieces. You are more then welcome to discuss with us your requirements, weather its a custom chain, bezel, finished jewelry or any other component. If you need any stones or metal as well to be custom cut, feel free to contact us. We have fast turnaround and very flexible minimums.

How fast do you ship orders?

We ship items on a daily basis M-F, excluding holidays. Items are shipped in the order received, and due to a high volume of sales are taking 2-5 days to process, excluding weekends. If your in a rush please upgrade to express or priority at checkout. We ship those out first on a daily basis. Priority and Express orders must be received by 12pm CST to be processed the same day. Please be advised that USPS has changed Express to 1-2 days guaranteed, so we cannot promise it will arrive next day. For urgent orders contact us and we can also send you a link for UPS shipping. The following are approximate delivery times once order is processed First Class Mail Domestic 2-5 Days Priority Domestic 2-3 Days Express Domestic 1-2 Days

Custom and personalized orders

International orders are shipped first class mail for most countries. A few countries must ship express mail as it is the only safe way to get your package to you with tracking. All international orders over 150 USD must upgrade to Express or Priority mail. Etsy does not calculate this automatically. We will contact you after purchase for additional shipping charges. It is the safest way to get your package to you with tracking. We will also need your phone number to include on the package. International Shipping time First class 1-3 weeks depending on Country Priority 1-2 weeks Express 7-10 days If you prefer UPS, please contact us for rates.

What is your return policy?

14-Day Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless covered under or for manufacturing defects. Returned items must be in their original condition & unworn. Returns with Price Tag: To process a return or exchange, the returned item must be accompanied by its original price tag intact and securely attached to the item. Exclusions: Cut Chains, Wire, or Custom-made or personalized jewelry, items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns unless the return is due to an error on our part.

These magnetic clasps worked perfectly for the necklaces I was making for my grandma. She can no longer see well enough to fasten a traditional clasp, and my grandpa’s hands don’t work like they used to, so these have made such a difference.
