-ATTENTION: Check your package carefully during the delivery. You can open it in front of the carrier or the relay point manager to check the condition of the package. In the case of deterioration, you can refuse it. In this case, indicate to the carrier or responsible that you refuse the parcel.
Without this approach, the package is considered delivered without damage.

-The majority of my items are vintage and as such bear the marks and scars of their preloved life. I do my best to photograph and describe them as honestly and accurately as possible. If you have any questions however small please contact me. It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase.

-If you would like to order more than one item, please contact me before ordering. Depending on the weight of the total order, the shipping rate can turn out to be cheaper than paying extra costs for each item that you add to the order.
If you forget to do it, no problems. I will refund you after the shipment.

-Postage shipping from France is not cheap, unfortunately, I am governed by their prices. My postal shipping costs are quoted according to their weight guide.
-If we agree that there is a reason for a return, we require that it be posted promptly following our convo. If the item is returned beyond one week following our convo, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be deducted. This amount will increase by 10% for each successive week.

The item must be returned by Post with tracking number with all of its ORIGINAL PACKAGING including any bubble wrap, gift bag or box, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the SAME CONDITION as when it was shipped to you and not altered in any way. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible

-I always ship to the customers Etsy address ( unless you request me to send the item to a different address at the time of purchase), if your address is not up to date and your item has been sent there I cannot accept responsibility for the loss.

-I ship using recycled boxes and packing materials as much as I can to cut down on my costs as well as yours and to help the environment. I always take great care when packing items so that it reaches you in the same condition that it left me in.

-Your item will be prepared for shipment, then once I have received your payment from Etsy your item will be shipped, this is normally within 3-5 working days after your payment has cleared (Monday - Friday only). If I need more time for any reason, I will inform you.

Once tracking confirms an order was delivered to the correct address with the buyer claiming it was not received then it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. I am not responsible for what happens to a delivery once the tracking shows it as delivered. I reserve the right to refuse any refunds once the tracking number confirms the item has been delivered.
