Custom Orders & Requests

We love creating custom pieces! If you would like an existing design resized to fit your binder, or if you want a completely customized dashboard tailored to your specific needs, please message us before purchasing so we can discuss your request.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We gladly accept order changes or cancellations, provided that your order has not yet entered production or been shipped. Because our items are custom made-to-order, processing often begins quickly after purchase. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order is being processed or has shipped, no changes or cancellations can be accommodated.

Orders are shipped strictly to the address provided at checkout. Because shipping details cannot be altered after an order is placed, please verify your address before completing your purchase. We are unable to offer refunds or reshipments for deliveries sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Please use this number to monitor your delivery status.

Delayed Shipments ("In Transit")

If your tracking status remains "In Transit" without movement for several days, your package may be delayed at a distribution facility. Once a shipment is accepted by the United States Postal Service (USPS), we have access to the same tracking information as you. For the most accurate and efficient updates, please contact USPS Customer Service directly at 1 (800) 275-8777.

Missing Shipments ("Delivered" Status)

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please allow an additional 24 to 72 hours, as carrier statuses can occasionally update prematurely. If the package does not arrive within this window, please contact USPS directly. They can utilize GPS tracking data to verify the exact delivery location. If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the carrier, please reach out to us directly via messages so we can assist you with the next steps.

Damaged or Damaged-in-Transit Items

Every item is carefully inspected prior to shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your message must include clear photographs of each damaged item, as well as the original shipping package or mailer. Please note that we are not liable for packages mishandled by the carrier. For items damaged during transit, please contact USPS directly to file a damaged mail claim.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer standard returns or exchanges, and personalized or custom items are strictly non-returnable. If you experience a genuine quality issue, please contact us first within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a store credit or exchange.

○ Trackers measure 3"x6"

○ Includes 12 Monthly Trackers (Jan-Dec) - one tracker for each month of the year with four dollar amounts to save.

○ Tabbed envelopes are made of waterproof PP material, they are single-layered and 0.2mm thick. The opening is on the right and tabs will include attached labels.

○ Envelopes measure 3.74" x 6.77" and tabs measure 0.39" x 1.06".

○ Envelopes are designed for Personal/A6 binders. Please note there is 2” between the two sets of holes. Please measure your binder rings to ensure this will fit your needs.

○ Cash or binder are NOT included.

○ Free item with every purchase.

○ Turnaround time: Due to the volume of orders, please allow for 3-5 business days before I ship.

○ I ship using USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. This usually takes 2-5 business days to reach you depending on how far you live from me.

○ If you are choosing Express Mail, please note that this does not mean your order will be processed first. I process orders on a first come, first served basis. Express Mail only means you will get your order faster ONCE I ship it.

○ I am no longer responsible once I hand the package to the carrier.

○ Delivery times are estimate only. I don't have control over exact delivery date and time. Sometimes, mail gets lost or mail gets rerouted. Again, I do not have control over USPS or how they handle the mail.

○ Please note that due to the custom nature of this product, I do not accept returns or cancellations.
