LUNABELLE - bead embroidery butterfly necklace

A one-of-a-kind bead embroidered necklace featuring a magical green butterfly. True statement jewelry. Wear Lunabelle as a beadwork necklace or display her on the wall as artwork.

I added a few beads at a time to get just the right placement for each element of the elegant green wings, fluffy white Swarovski crystal body, and spiraling antennae. Even the toggle clasp is handmade from seed beads, using circular and tubular peyote stitch techniques.

Lunabelle is made from a combination of vintage and modern Swarovski crystal, Japanese and Czech seed beads, antique brass beads, and fairy dust. The four eyespots are glimmering faceted Swarovski rivoli stones encased in handmade beaded bezels.
Backed with soft genuine leather securely stitched on with natural hemp cording. The neck strap is made from vintage Swarovski crystals wire-wrapped with hand-oxidized antique brass wire.

I take great pride in the quality and durability of my work. Lunabelle is constructed sturdily enough to become an heirloom.
