The listing includes everything you need to create the balloon garland, from balloons, to decorators tape and glue dots and an optional balloon pump. We highly recommend a balloon pump if you don't have one, but give the option to purchase without if you already own one. These garlands are surprisingly easy to build, promise, no craft experience needed :-). Make sure to include the age of your child in the PERSONALIZATION box if ordering a number tower and your child's name if purchasing a custom vinyl decal.
