All of my designs are able to be made-to-measure according to your unique size requirements. A made-to-measure piece is considered a custom piece and is not eligible for return. Please carefully take your bust, under bust, waist, hip and bra size measurements to ensure accuracy and submit these with your order. If you have taken your measurements incorrectly, a resizing fee will be incurred to get your item/s corrected to your size. Buyers are responsible for return postage to have their item resized.

Yes! All orders are mailed in a plain recyclable Heropack mailer that can be composted at home (I ship in a cardboard mailer if Heropacks are unavailable). On the custom's form I am required to write what is inside the parcel - if you do not wish for it to say lingerie please specify when ordering and I can label the item as "lace top and pants" for example.

Each item in my store is made-to-measure according to your unique measurements provided with your order, or the size you select with your order. Please note, it is the buyers responsibility to correctly measure yourself, and any corrections that need to be made will incur a resizing fee.

Item take up to two weeks to be sewn - if you need your item sooner than that you will need to message me prior to purchase to confirm it is possible.

All items are sent with free, worldwide shipping with tracking. For Australian orders this takes 3-5 business days from dispatch, and for International orders 2-6 weeks for USA and UK, and up to 12 weeks for deliveries in Europe.

This will be confirmed with you in your order confirmation email. If you are concerned about delivery dates, please upgrade to tracked shipping for your peace of mind.

A parcel is deemed lost if it has not arrived within 12 weeks of dispatch. A replacement item will be offered. Refunds will not be granted for late parcels, as shipping is out of my control.

As a work from home creative, my business is operating as normal during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, please be aware that shipping is outside of my control and due to flight restrictions and increased border restrictions, your order may take longer than normal to arrive. I strongly recommend upgrading to tracked and expedited shipping wherever possible. I will do my best to keep you informed of any changes, and I sincerely appreciate your support and patience during this time.
