We are happy to create custom and personalised orders. Please keep in mind that costs may vary for personalisations on uncustomised listings depending on your requirements.
A one off $10 fee may apply for custom logo creations and changes to existing designs including but not limited to changes to fonts, colors, sizings and placements.

Please ensure your personalisation is exactly how you would like it to look on the product as we are sometimes unable to determine typos for boat names, location or surnames.

We will do our very best to ensure your orders are fulfilled as soon as possible and will assist as best we can if orders are lost in transit.
However, please note that shipping times are beyond our control and is the responsibility of the carrier. Essentially, we are not employees of DHL, UPS or USPS so therefore we regret we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates or shipping time frames.
We do not refund for later than expected delivery time frames or items that have been lost in the post or stolen from the destination premises.

We do not refund or exchange on orders placed where the incorrect size, color, personalization has been chosen or if you change your mind after purchase. If you have placed an order in error we recommend you contact us within 4 hours to cancel. We do not refund for items lost in the post or stolen from the destination premises. If your order is faulty or damaged please do not hesitate to contact us so we can rectify this for you. We will honor any applicable refunds or replacements up to 30 days from purchase so please be sure to contact us in a timely manner if you require assistance. In some cases shipping expenses may be withheld from refund. As all our items are personalized we do not offer return shipping labels.

We will reach out to you on Etsy if we have a query regarding your personalisation however we are committed to printing your personalisation as spelled if we don't receive a response after 24 hours. This is purely so as not to delay your order any longer than is necessary.

We also urge our customers to enter and check personalisations before purchasing as at times we are unable to differentiate between boat names, family surnames or typos. Upper & lower case text and design text will be as per the listing design shown unless you specify otherwise. This can be requested in the "note to seller" section when placing your order.
We suggest you contact us first if you would like a text/word removed.

As with all digital images, please note that some colors may vary from the actual product. This is due to sublimation, dyeing processes or being viewed on different devices. If you would like a darker or lighter color than our digital images show please contact us. Please note black colors on rugs, mats and blankets cannot be darkened any further.
While we use the same color code for all our products there will be cases where some products colors will not be an exact match to other product colors in our catalogue.
*In particular this applies to our waterproof pillows and we ask customers to consider this before purchasing waterproof pillows to match mats, rugs, blankets or lumbar and faux pillows of the same color.
